When are exhibit booths required to be set up?

Exhibit booths are required to be set up no later than 9:00 am on November 19, 2024 .

How many staff members can be in the virtual exhibit booth?

There is no limit on the number of staff members who can be in a exhibit booth to engage with attendees. Please note: All exhibiting companies are required to have at least one (1)person registered to attend the full event and only registered attendees can gain access to the event platform.

How can I get even more visibility?

There are a couple of ways to garner more visibility throughout the event: 1. Donate a Prize. Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various activities that will generate points that will be used for Prize give-a-ways. Companies that donate a prize will be given the opportunity to Sponsor a trivia game or other point-earning activity. 2.
